How the hell has no one punched this guy in the face?

I know these stories are a little cliché, but I'm going to cover and commentate on it anyway. Apparently the (now former) CEO of Merrill Lynch spent 1.2 million dollars of your tax dollars renovating his office. He did this as he was firing everyone who stood still long enough. One of the items was a set of four curtains with the grand total of twenty eight thousand dollars. Your dollars.
